THE REWIRE SOVEREIGNTY GUARANTEE

At REWIRELABS, we engineered the Neural Protocol to be a structural override for your focus. We stand behind our architecture. If you have followed the protocol consistently and have not experienced a measurable shift in your cognitive baseline, we will honor a full refund of your first bottle.

1. The 21-Day Ritual Requirement

Neural compounding takes time. To ensure the active ingredients—including Bacopa Monnieri and Alpha GPC—have reached a clinical steady-state in your system, we require that you follow the protocol for a minimum of 21 consecutive days before requesting a refund.

2. Eligibility Parameters

  • First Order Only: The Sovereignty Guarantee applies exclusively to the first bottle of your initial order. Subsequent orders or bulk-buy packs (3+ bottles) are not eligible for a full "satisfaction" refund.

  • The Claim Window: Refund requests must be initiated between Day 21 and Day 40 after your order has been delivered.

  • Subscription Orders: You may cancel a subscription at any time. However, the guarantee only applies to the first month's supply.

3. The "No-Return" Refund Process

We value your time and the environment. We do not require you to ship empty or opened bottles back to our facility.

  • To initiate a claim, email support@rewirelabs.com with your order number.

  • Include a brief summary of your experience. This feedback is critical for our lab to continue optimizing the protocol.

  • Once approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a broken seal, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the package. We will issue an immediate replacement at no cost to you.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital guides or "Protocol Manuals."

  • Items purchased during "Final Sale" or "Clearance" events.

  • Shipping fees from the original order.
